Since 1992, CSAI is a skilled and experienced safety anchoring company specializing in the design and installation of suspended rigging equipment for high rise buildings, safety inspection services, maintenance and repair work as well as providing a full range of fall protection from travel cable restraint systems to fall arrest cable systems.  In accordance with applicable safety codes, it is the building owner's responsibility to provide a safe workplace for employees and contractors.  Should an accident occur due to improper tie-off points, the liability will be placed directly on the building owner. 

 

At CSAI, we have worked with building owners, property managers, engineering firms, roofing companies and restoration companies in providing a safe workplace utilizing CSAI's engineer approved safety systems.  Furthermore we provide $10,000,000.00 product liability insurance.
